How can I order a product from Sheetal Online Store?


Log in to your Sheetal Online Store Account.
Select an item you want to buy . Click on either add to cart or buy now option.Put your delivery address details and then choose payment method. Once the payment option criteria is cleared, your order is done.




How can I make the payment? / What are the payment options?


Credit Card, Debit Card, Paytm and Cash On Delivery are the payment options.




What kind of products can be returned?


Request for the returns of most of the items that are brought from our product list that is within the Store Return List may be done, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page. Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from its description on the product detail page of our store.




How can I return a product?


Choose the Request Return option after filling out the details from your My Orders page. Your refund will be processed after approval.




How can I exchange a product if not as per my wish? / How can I replace a product which I have purchased from Sheetal Online Store?


If the eligible items are available in the store at the time of the request for Replacement,the replacement can be done. If an eligible item is out of stock from our store, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.The replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Replacements can be requested if the item received is different from their description on the product detail page or defective. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.




What is the procedure for refund?


Once the return is received, a refund is issued to the original payment method (In case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (In case of Pay on Delivery orders) within 8 to 10 working days. If the time-frame has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, the refund will be issued through a demand draft.If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, the refund will be issued through a demand draft. An e-mail will be sent to you asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, the refund process will be initiated.




What is the policy regarding the return of a product?
